our workshops are all about the fun.
SUNDAY SCHOOL is
2 solid hours of creativity and instruction on your favorite skin care products. as a group we work to create useable art in the form of luscious soaps and balms for our store.
we also offer a range of classes that allow you more freedom to explore the creation of unique products from soaps to salves. using our proprietary base ingredients, you’ll add extracts, oils and pigments while elbow deep in all-natural elements
+ you get to take home a sample of everything you make! you must be 15 years old to attend (with the exception of our classes for kids).
the cost is a non-refundable $35 pre-paid. schedule conflicts are easily resolved by calling to reschedule class placement 48
hours prior to class. classes begin promptly at time listed. approximate class time is 2 hours unless otherwise specified.
please dress appropriately for any splatters and splashes that might occur.
the opportunity to shop at a 20% discount is given to all students immediately following each workshop.

november 2nd: custom balms and salves
our most popular workshop, the morning encompasses the art of creating balms and salves with the oils and extracts you choose.
each person decides the direction their lip balm and body salve will take, and the final product you take will be one of a kind
november 16th: ho ho holiday soaps
a play-date for soap lovers, this workshop
is a little bit of all we do to create big, colorful
blocks of our moisturizing soaps that we will sell in our store PLUS we'll make an original batch whose colors and scents will be chosen by the class.
november 20th: in-store event 6 to 8 PM
2008 beaujolais nouveau - we are celebrating this year's release with a wine tasting in the kitchen with our friends from Tria.
due to the nature of this event, reservations will be required and you must show up at the appointed time or lose your spot. proper ID is required from everyone.
