sunday school
the 3rd sunday of each month @ 10 a.m.

i created sunday school as a two hour hands-on workshop filled with fun, creativity and instruction on your favorite skin care products. as a group we work to create useable art in the form of luscious soaps and products for our store. we also offer a range of classes that allow you more freedom to explore the creation of your own products from soaps to salves. using our proprietary base ingredients, you’ll work as my apprentice for the morning while elbow deep in all-natural elements with extracts, oils and pigments.
attendees get to take home a sample of everything we make at the workshop.
you must be 15 years old to attend.

sunday workshops are $35 pre-paid. schedule conflicts are easily resolved by calling to reschedule class placement 48 hours prior to class. the cost is non-refundable. classes begin promptly at time listed. approximate class time is 2 hours unless otherwise specified. please dress appropriately for any splatters and splashes that might occur.
the opportunity to shop at a 20% discount is given to all students immediately following each workshop.

each year we begin the season with the release of our autumn soaps. this class focuses on the two most requested, spicy pumpkin with fresh mashed pumpkin + ground oats, and a mouth-watering cider that evokes orchards of tart mcintosh apples.

SUNDAY october 18th:
freshly whipped moisturizing cream
10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- $35 per person
making moisturizers is a messy business.
a great deal of energy yields only a small amount of the precious cream, but it's very satisfying work.
i usually don't allow others in my kitchen when i'm making my all-natural moisturizers, though i've come to realize that everything in life is to be shared.
join me for a very special, very messy morning in what will be my last workshop for 2009.
